Teens of Potential Employment Program *

TOPHire (Teens of Potential) Staffing Agency Employment is the Second (2nd) DBA of Entrepreneur School for Kids, Inc. Our mission is to reduce youth community violence, teen pregnancy, and the school dropout rates through our job placement staffing program, all while equipping each individual teen with an occupational plan targeting the career of their choice.  Our objective is to locate a company within that selected career and place that student within that company to receive professional hands-on experience. The partnered company provides our organization a monetary donation for our student's hours worked, which 90% of that donation is distributed to the student as their personal income, and the remaining donation is placed back into organization to further the program. 

Our research concluded that employment is beneficial for youth, because it teaches responsibility, organization, time management and helps to establish good work habits, and financial stability. Programs like ours reduce youth community violence, teen pregnancy, and school drop out rates. Within our program we assist with preparing resumes, and college scholarships. Our goal for this program is for every teen to receive hands-on experience in the career of their choice, receive a professional trade, or college acceptance letter.
